Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Beauty Advisor (BA) Activations/Events:
- Showcase your experience in managing BA activations/events across all channels, ensuring a seamless and impactful presence.
- Local Event Creation and Collaboration:
- Utilize your creativity and collaboration skills to craft engaging local events and work closely with teams in various areas to ensure successful execution.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Take charge of the hiring process for Beauty Advisors event screening from agencies, ensuring that we have the best talent to represent our brand.
- Development of SOPs and KPIs:
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and establishing robust monitoring and reporting systems for BA events.
- Willingness to Travel:
- Embrace the opportunity to travel to visit store activations, ensuring our presence is felt across different locations.
- Providing coaching and supervision for BA events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as an Event Specialist handling NPDs launches, preferably in the beauty, FMCG and other related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to full WFO at Mega Kuningan
- Candidate available to join ASAP will be prioritized.
