Pendaftaran IUP Universitas Brawijaya Gelombang 1 Tahun 2026 sudah dibuka dengan jadwal registrasi mulai 16 Februari hingga 3 April 2026, dilanjutkan serangkaian tes bahasa Inggris, wawancara dan pengumuman hasil seleksi sebagai bagian dari program International Undergraduate Program (IUP) Universitas Brawijaya.

Admission Details For Indonesian Student

IUP Registration
Create an account on the following page: https://admisi.ub.ac.id.

  1. for non-Indonesian citizens (WNA – Warga Negara Asing) please register through this link: https://io.ub.ac.id/application/
  2. Select International Undergraduate Program 2026 on the dashboard page (The program will only available on the scheduled online registration date);
  3. Fill in the NISN data, select the Study Program, and click Request Payment Code to get the Payment Code;
  4. Please note that Study Program selected cannot be changed after this step, please make sure to choose the appropriate Study Program;
  5. Pay the registration fee using the Payment Code (Kode Bayar) that appears during registration at admissions;
  6. Pay the registration fee through Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, or Bank BRI by including the Payment Code;
  7. Please follow the following payment procedures at UB’s partner banks as follows:
    a. Tata Cara Pembayaran Melalui Bank BNI
    b. Tata Cara Pembayaran Melalui Bank Mandiri
    c. Tata Cara Pembayaran Melalui Bank BRI
  8. After successful payment, please make a confirmation payment on the admission page in the following ways: Enter the Admission Dashboard by clicking Registration then input the payment date, input the Registration Fee amount, Select the Bank to pay, and Click Confirm, there is no waiting time if the payment is correct.
    Please Note: Payments that have been made are non-refundable for any reason.
  9. Please copy (photocopy) the proof of payment receipt at least 1 (one) sheet or take a screenshot of the ATM screen as backup proof if the proof of payment does not come out (If there is no proof, it can be replaced with a statement that the payment has been made at the bank and the date of payment)
  10. Fill out the registration form on the following page: https://admisi.ub.ac.id;
  11. Upload the complete registration documents as follows:
    a. Current color photograph (min 100 kb, max: 1 Mb)
    b. for applicant who graduated in 2025 and 2026: Certificate/diploma (Ijazah) and Academic transcript (Rapor) from grade 10 – 12,
    c. For applicant who will be graduating in 2025: Academic letter of grade 12 from principal and Academic transcript (Rapor) from grade 10 – 11 and first semester off grade 12;
    d. Copy of identity card
    e. Curriculum vitae  Download Template

    g. Guarantee Letter Download Template
    h. Commitment letter Download Template
    i. Evidence of English proficiency certificate – TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC for Indonesian students (if any)
    j. Recommendation letter (if any)
    k. Approve the data entry statement and finalize the registration;
    l. Print the card or save it as a PDF file.
