General Requirements

1. Indonesian Nationality and Non-Indonesian Nationality high school or its equivalent (minimum of 12-years of schooling) graduated no longer than three years at the date of admission are eligible to apply. For 2024 Student Admission, applicants have to be graduating in 2024, 2023, or 2022.
2. Applicants should have excellent academic potential as measured by one of the following:
   1. First Application Period of Admission (Batch 1)
      • High School Academic Report/transcript; or
      • General SAT Test score conducted by The College Board (http://sat.collegeboard.org), or
      • Cambridge IGCSE score (required subjects: Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics).
   2. Second Application Period of Admission (Batch 2)
      • ITS Academic Test (TKA SMITS) results.
        (All participants of third application period have to take TKA SMITS which will be scheduled after registering. Information about ITS Academics Test for Academic Year 2024/2025 can be reached out in this following page: https://www.its.ac.id/admission/tka/)
   3. Third Application Period of Admission (Batch 3)
      • ITS Academic Test (TKA SMITS) results.
        (All participants of third application period have to take TKA SMITS which will be scheduled after registering. Information about ITS Academics Test for Academic Year 2024/2025 can be reached out in this following page: https://www.its.ac.id/admission/tka/)
   For those who use High School Academic Report with Kurikulum 13, the subjects column field requires Nilai Pengetahuan. Mathematics score you need to input is Matematika Peminatan for Natural Science Class student and Matematika Wajib for Social Science Class student.
3. Applicants should have good command and knowledge of English as shown by one of the following English language proficiency results:
   1. TOEFL ITP ≥ 500,
   2. TOEFL IBT ≥ 61,
   3. TOEFL CBT ≥ 173,
   4. IELTS ≥ 6,
   5. TOEIC ≥ 575.
   6. Duolingo English test score ≥ 95
   ITS accepts English language proficiency certificates from official institutions that issue international certificates as follow:

   6. IIEF (https://www.iief.or.id/toefl-itp-test-schedule)
   7. IELTS IDP (https://ielts.idp.com/indonesia)
   8. Language Institutions in Public Universities throughout Indonesia.
   You can take the TEFL test held by ITS Language Center and use the TEFL registration number to apply to the IUP program. Please visit the ITS Language Center website for more information on the TEFL test at https://bahasa.its.ac.id
4. Applicants must upload Motivation Letter (free format, can be hand-written or typed).
5. Applicants must fill out Commitment Letter of Parents (Download File).
6. Applicants from foreign countries, other than above requirements, must also provide:
   1. Health statement;
   2. Recommendation letter; and
   3. Passport.
7. Applicants must attend the online interview and academic test on the schedule announced.
