Overview of the Internship Role

• Impact through projects, collaborating with various team members to innovate.

• Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by CAI.

• Present the CAI value and positioning of solutions to prospects and customers relevant to their industry or target market.

• Differentiate and understand various IT roles and responsibilities

• Maintain databases of prospect customers.

• Leverage social media, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell and manage customers.

• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources that will help to bring in more business.

• Maintain and expand databases of prospect customers within the given territory.

• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with CAI Professionals.

• Meet and exceed targets for the pipeline.

• Selling experience, preferably in business to business technology sales

• Strong interest in a technology sales career

• Willingness to learn and willingness to fail, but always willing to try

• Comfortable collaborating with extended teams

• Skilled in prospecting techniques

• Well organized, self-motivated, and driven by success

• undergraduate students in last semester majoring in Business, Mass Communications, Sales, Marketing or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

• Positive, professional and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients

• Enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales

• Self-starter that is punctual with a strong work ethic

• Highly organized, persuasive and good with numbers

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task

• Highly proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, etc, social media tools
