At L’Oréal, e-internships provide students with an enriching experience in a context of clear and stated objectives, well-defined projects, and engaging work rituals. They will understand their mission fully and how it ties into L’Oréal’s overall mission. They will be able to work on both operational fast-paced topics as well as bigger more strategic projects. Finally, they will learn how to operate and thrive in a remote work environment.
This pillar will ensure that they are able to grow, learn, and achieve results in a cross-cultural virtual setting while having full autonomy and agility over ways of working.

Requirements:
- Final year University students with a minimum 3.00 GPA
- Able to learn autonomously & self driven
- Fluent in English language & digital tools
