- How to Apply: In order to apply for the grant, candidates are to take part in a PhD program at Radboud University. After that, you must complete the online application form for the award.

- Your CV, including qualifications, grades, a list of academic publications (if applicable), and an educational reference supporting your application.

- Admission Requirements: For taking admission, applicants must meet all the entry requirements of the Radboud University

Benefits
Successful applicants will receive the following benefits under Leadership Development scholarship positions:
- Employment: 40 hours per week
- The gross starting salary amounts to €2,395 per month and will increase to €3,061 in the fourth year (salary scale P)
- In addition to the salary: an 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% end-of-year bonus
