As an intern – Digital Lifestyle Experience Evaluator, within the NSW Digital team, you will get access to the most innovative mobile app in the world. We are the new challenger, not just thinking out of the box but out of this world. We are changing the way consumer consume products/services, the experience of e-com store front in our app, the depth of segmentation and personalization level, etc.

You will be responsible for the evaluating, reviewing, recommending different aspects of the Digital Brand. From the UI/UX, value propositions, brand positioning, lifestyle offerings, all the way to everything and anything that matter to you as a millennial using a lifestyle app. Working with entire team of different functions to explain them on your perspectives will be critical in improving our product, the experience, the value proposition, and ultimately adoption. You possess strong analytical skills to understand trends in consumer (your peer) products/services and customer behaviour, as you are a millennial. At the end of the internship program, you will deliver a wholistic view of using the app. In short, you play a big role in driving the new consumption behaviour and patterns of your generation.

Key Qualifications

  • University students (junior and senior years preferred)
  • NOT majoring in engineering
  • Project management skills would help
  • Ability to manage to deadlines
  • Independence, attention to detail, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Analytics experience would help

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Digital Brand App user interface and user experience
  • Understand and challenge the brand positioning and value propositions
  • Evaluate Digital Brand App lifestyle offerings relevancy and propose counter offers – from persona mapping, product categories, perceived values, etc.
  • Evaluate Digital Brand App mobile plans offered and counter propose with new innovative packaging that will attract more adoption
  • Create new and innovative ideas/concepts around products, loyalty program, lifestyle offers, etc.
